🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

Transform Morpho's recruitment into a powerhouse by establishing a robust sourcing strategy through key web3 channels like, Discord, and Telegram. Support hiring managers by refining the interview process and collaborating with fractional recruiters during peak times. Additionally, spearhead long-term initiatives to enhance Morpho's employer brand by promoting its values, fostering university partnerships, and boosting diversity.

  • Recruitment - Create the most effective Talent Hiring Machine for Morpho
  • Use relevant web3 channels (, Discord, Telegram)
  • Build a strong pipeline of web3 professionals
  • Provide a strong candidate experience
  • Support hiring managers with their recruiting needs
  • Work with fractional recruiters during hiring peaks
  • Enhance Morpho's employer brand through partnerships
  • People projects - Make Morpho the Highest Functioning Team in DeFi
  • Improve diversity and internal communication between teams
  • Ensure each team has the best working tools & environment to bring out their highest potential
  • Work on initiatives to provide an environment for growth and recognition
  • Admin - Oversee the proper organization of our HR databases
  • Own the admin aspects with the support of the Office Manager

🧙 Must-have Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years in startup Talent and People Operations
  • Skilled in technical sourcing for web2 tech verticals
  • Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Contributed to workplace improvement projects
  • Proficient in HR admin processes (pay, holidays, benefits)
  • Available to work in the Paris office 2/3 times a week
  • Fully proficient in English
  • Low ego, humble, and adaptable
  • Able to build and maintain cross-team relationships
  • Flexible, agile, and able to ensure goal clarity
  • Curious to learn about web3
