💼 Who we are looking for
We are seeking a Quantitative Analyst who will own the reward distribution strategy and the integration of the MORPHO token and help the rest of the team on various quant topics.
📍 Location
Paris 🥖 or remote 🌍 (up to - 7h CET to ensure sufficient overlap with the rest of the team).
🛠 Mission & Responsibilities
Your main tasks will include:
- Owning the integration of the MORPHO token
- Manage DEX and CEX listing and monitoring
- Spearhead discussions with Market Makers
- Develop strategies to align MORPHO holders with the protocol's long-term growth
- Owning the rewards distribution strategy
- Develop and supervise the rewards distribution plan
- Handle incentive budgets to maintain long-term growth of the protocol and its integrators
- Assisting the team on various quantitative topics
- Support integrators with their use of the Morpho protocol
- Guide the product team in the development of products requiring quantitative knowledge
- Assist the growth team in negotiating co-incentivization programs
🧙 Must-have Experience & Skills
Quantitative & Finance
- Quant Expertise: Proficient in quantitative analysis, including mathematical and statistical modeling (4-5 years of experience)
- Market Understanding: Strong knowledge of market operations, price discovery, and liquidity.
- Game Theory: Ability to conceptualize and model users’ behavior
DeFi
- Tokenomics: Experience in launching tokens, token distribution and incentive mechanisms.
- DeFi Understanding: In-depth knowledge of DeFi, including Uniswap v3.
- Analytics Tools: Familiar with blockchain explorers and DeFi analytics platforms like Dune Analytics.
Technical Skills
- System Modeling: Ability to autonomously model systems using Python and perform data analysis.
- Back Testing: Experience in conducting back-testing.
- Proficient in Git.
- Proficient in Python.
- SQL/Dune Analytics

- Proven ability to conduct impactful research.
- Relentless focus on continuous learning, with an ability to quickly comprehend complex systems, such as Morpho IRM.
