🛠 Mission & Responsibilities

At Morpho, our goal is to build the highest functioning team in DeFi. To achieve this, we need a strong talent density, attracting and retaining top-tier professionals who can drive our mission forward. Our future Technical Talent Recruiter will play a key part in creating the most effective talent hiring machine for Morpho. They will collaborate with leadership to understand needs and shape the future of DeFi.

  • Set up an efficient sourcing strategy and recruitment process
  • Use relevant web3 channels (X.com, Discord, Telegram)
  • Come up with creative ways to source the best talents
  • Continuously build a strong pipeline of talented web3 professionals and engage with them
  • Own the ATS and ensure an efficient and smooth process for Hiring Managers and an excellent Candidate Experience throughout
  • Fully support hiring managers
  • Understand and challenge recruiting needs
  • Identify and implement improvements in the interview process.
  • Provide support on interview questions and interviewer preparation.
  • Build the Morpho Employer brand
  • Clearly communicate our values and workplace vision.
  • Build partnerships with universities, career fairs, etc.
  • Promote and improve diversity.
  • Collaborate with external recruiters
  • Work with fractional recruiters and/or agencies during hiring peaks

🧙 Must-have Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years working in startup environments in recruitment with technical roles
  • Demonstrated ability to ramp up on technical sourcing for one or more web2 tech vertical and proven capacity to be creative and crafty with the sourcing process.
  • Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment and owning the processes: defining specs with hiring managers especially with first-time leaders, interview process design, interview evaluation forms, communications with the candidate, etc.
  • Available to come into the Paris office 2/3 times a week (flexible).
  • Fully proficient in English (will have to pitch Morpho to candidates)
  • Low Ego / Humility
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates but also across teams to understand functional needs
  • Flexible and agile but knows how to push back against unrealistic or undefined goals, ensuring clarity and feasibility before proceeding.
