About RWA.xyz
Tokenization is the most significant infrastructure upgrade in modern capital markets, enabling programmable, real-time settlement of financial assets using blockchain rails. The tokenization market has grown to over $25 billion, expanding 300% year-over-year, yet still represents less than 0.01% of the $500+ trillion in global financial assets.
RWA.xyz is the leading data platform for tokenized assets. We are the trusted provider for leading financial institutions like Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, the U.S. Treasury, the IMF, and countless others.
We are backed by top investors across both traditional finance and crypto: Archetype, Jump, Solana. Our team comes from the best companies in Silicon Valley and Wall Street.

What You’ll Do
Help make RWA.xyz the daily system of record for institutional digital assets by turning partner documents into first-party, trustable reference data—fast. You’ll be the connective tissue between issuers/platforms and our indexing pipeline, ensuring every new asset goes live with institutional-grade accuracy, clear lineage, and a smooth contributor experience.
You will be responsible for:
Shepherding partners from kickoff to go-live — run crisp onboarding calls, translate fund docs/term sheets/offering materials into our schemas, and set clear checklists and ETAs.
Turning messy inputs into clean, verifiable data — map and validate identifiers, terms, NAV, yields, maturity dates, collateral details; collect source evidence and maintain field-level lineage.
Owning a high-touch contributor pipeline — keep 100+ data contributors moving via Slack/email, proactively unblock issues, and communicate status before anyone asks.
Publishing the standard — maintain our reference-data playbooks and field definitions; create partner-friendly templates and guides that reduce back-and-forth.
Building repeatable ops — contribute checklists, mapping dictionaries, and light scripts/macros that cut cycle time and defects for the whole team.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience with financial data, preferably at a data vendor, fund administrator, or financial institution
Strong understanding of financial instruments (bonds, funds, loans) and key metrics (NAV, yield, duration)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies
Experience reading and interpreting fund documents and financial statements
Excellent written communication skills for partner correspondence
Ability to work autonomously, driving multiple projects to success
Builder mentality - you've taken ideas from 0 to 1 and thrive in early-stage environments
Interview Process
You’ll meet Charlie, one of our cofounders. He’ll ask in-depth questions about your work history, as well as give you an overview of our company and culture.
You’ll meet us on-site for a series of interviews with the rest of the team.
Finally, we’ll ask for references with past colleagues and compile a formal offer
Compensation Range: $100K - $125K
