About Spearbit & Cantina:

Founded in 2021 by former Ethereum Foundation Solidity engineers, Spearbit tackles Web3 security challenges. Our founding team built the leading blockchain language and secured the largest smart contract, protecting over $160B in value.

We're building Cantina —the "GitHub for Security"—connecting security researchers with projects needing expertise. Our Cantina security platform has powered major competitions and serves the leading projects in Web 3. It currently supports collaborative security reviews, public and private security competitions, bug bounty programs, incident response, and AI code analyzer.

Similar to how cloud-security startups emerged previously, Cantina aims to be the definitive code-security platform for the future.

The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an AI-native Marketing Intern who thinks in systems, experiments constantly, and wants to help build the next generation of marketing automation.

This is not a traditional marketing internship.

You won’t be scheduling social posts or writing blog drafts all day.

You’ll work directly with the Head of Growth to help design and experiment with AI-powered workflows that:

  • Identify high-intent prospects

  • Automate research and enrichment

  • Improve outbound systems

  • Build smarter marketing automations

  • Test AI-driven acquisition ideas

You’ll discover how a modern, AI-native GTM engine is built from scratch.

If you’re obsessed with AI tools, constantly experimenting, and want real ownership, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Experiment with AI tools (LLMs, agents, automation platforms) to improve marketing workflows

  • Help build lead-generation and enrichment systems

  • Prototype AI-driven outbound or research workflows

  • Assist in creating marketing automation experiments

  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest optimizations

  • Research emerging AI tools and implement them

You will ship real systems, not just observe.

Requirements:

  • Deep curiosity and previous experience with AI and automation systems

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Structured thinking and problem-solving ability

  • Ability to work independently and move quickly

Nice to Have

  • Basic experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL

  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.)

  • Experience building AI workflows or side projects

  • Interest in security infrastructure

You'll Thrive If:

  • Hands-on experience building an AI-native marketing engine

  • Exposure to startup strategy and decision-making

  • Mentorship from leadership

  • A portfolio of real automation systems you helped build

  • Potential path to full-time role

If you want to learn how modern AI-driven marketing systems are actually built, not just read about them, we’d love to hear from you.
