SNF’s business development lead will own investor relations, partnerships, HNW user relationships, and general business development efforts. You will focus primarily on relationships in APAC and LatAm, with other markets as relevant. This person will report to the SNF Executive Director and work closely with the VP of Business Development, the Mezo Growth Lead and Mezo’s Community Manager. Their north star KPI is to drive MUSD volume on Mezo and ETH, followed by active users and number of live DApps.

About the Business Development Lead - Supernormal Foundation

SNF’s business development lead will own investor relations, partnerships, HNW user relationships, and general business development efforts. This person will report to the SNF Executive Director and work closely with the VP of Business Development, the Mezo Growth Lead and Mezo’s Community Manager. What You’ll Do

  • Strategic Market Development: Devise and execute strategies that establish a strong presence for Mezo and the SNF, focusing on market penetration and sustainable growth.

  • Partnership Cultivation: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with key stakeholders such as builders, apps, wallets, exchanges, other enterprises, financial institutions, and government bodies, enhancing Mezo’s market reach and service adoption.

  • Product and Market Alignment: Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence Mezo’s roadmap to meet the specific needs and requirements of the partnerships you are driving.

  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the SNF at major industry events, conferences, and seminars, enhancing the company’s profile and developing new business leads. Be a key voice in educating the market about the Mezo Protocol.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in business development, preferably in blockchain, fintech, or a related technology field, with a proven track record in your home region.

  • Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the DeFi regulatory and business environment, particularly as it relates to Stablecoin use-cases.

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with complex technical products and ability to align technical capabilities with market needs.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead a team, inspire confidence, and push for results.

  • Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse audiences and stakeholders.

  • Language: Proficiency in English required; Mandarin or Spanish are a plus.

Location

This is a remote-first role. As our team is mostly in Europe and the US, you should be comfortable working at least between 2pm and 6pm CET.
